Software Development Department:

This department has a number of high experienced specialized staff (63) employees in the following fields:
1-System analysis.
2-Programming.
3-Technical support.
4-Data entry.
5-User interface Design for programs and applications.
6-Printing Designs (Posters & Brochures).
7-Website Design and Hosting on the internet.
8-Design and print of all kinds of ID cards for different purposes using state-of-the art 
   Applications (Power Point, flash, Adopt photo shop,…etc).
9-Design, install and operate employees’ daily attendance control systems.


Technical services Department:

With the high experience of engineers and technicians this department covers the following activities:
1-Design, install and maintain PC’s networks which includes (server, PC terminals\ or workstation) using up-to-date technology. Many sites have been networked by our staff (wired and wireless networks).
2-Install and maintain operation of internet connection systems.
3-Maintenance of all types of PC’s and their peripherals PC components, printers …etc.
4-Technical consultancies services for all IT fields.
  
Also, this department develops its staff technical capabilities through sharing them in high level training courses inside and outside Iraq (for example: getting Cisco license in networking, Cambridge in IT.

Research and Development Department:

Prepare studies and researches specialized in IT, and giving technical consultancy in developing systems, and programming staff.
Projects under\this department responsibility:

1-Research project on automated information systems and link it with document Archiving (Archives and workflow) system.
2-Research project for developing a central database for all general applications in huge companies.
3-Improve the existing website of the company on the internet.
4-Marking all researches and studies reports and IT news available for all the staff and through our website.

Training Department:

By utilizing our staffs’ experience in different fields of IT (software Development, Application Operation, Networking, Maintenance, internet,…etc). This department arrange annual syllabus (indoor\ and on site) for all our ministry companies manpower to give them expertise in office automation and IT fields.
Also this department responsible for:
1-Keep in touch with global development in all IT fields.
2-Giving on site training for other ministries staff.
3-Strengthen technical cooperation with different Universities and institutes, to arrange students’ group’s summer training courses.
4-Arrange conference, seminars and lecture in IT fields and prepare all administrative requirements, links….etc. activities.
